Happy Halloween...

Yeah, its Halloween...everywhere except in Northeast TN. Here there seems to be a general suppression of the idea of Halloween. There are activities which promote more safety, like Trunk or Treat, or Trunk of Treats...the difference based on the church you go to. That is right the Day of the Dead as it was originally known by pagans, is celebrated and changed here in Northeast TN. It is interesting. Well for all those who celebrate this holiday I hope you enjoy yourselves. I have to work tonight, so I don't think I will be celebrating the season. Cause that is what we are truly celebrating, is the change in the seasons. It is a beautiful time of the year, even with so much death and change occurring. The leaves are changing colors, and falling off the leaves. The temperature is beginning to reflect the true nature of this time of the year. Anyway, to reiterate I love fall, it is so beautiful, and nice and cool. There is a hard frost where I live. I think after this winter I will be moving in to town. This experiment will need to end I think after this winter we will see. Enjoy your Seasonal Celebration!!
